Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Sarah Gauci jewellery. If you change your mind about an eligible purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition

• Returned with their original packaging

Please handle jewellery with care while deciding whether you would like to keep it.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn or tried on cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom-made, personalised or engraved jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty or not as described.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email hello@sarahgauci.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number and whether you would like a return or exchange.

Once your request has been accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return your item.

Please do not send an item back without first contacting us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

If your item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us and we will assist you with the return.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund after it has been issued.

Original delivery charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Handmade Jewellery

Our jewellery is made and finished with care, often involving handwork and natural or individually produced materials. Small variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur between pieces and are part of their individual character rather than manufacturing faults.
