Returns & Exchange Policy

Each piece of our jewelry is handcrafted with care, and we want you to love your purchase. However, as a small business, we do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer rights.

Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

Custom-made, personalized, or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Request an Exchange

Email us at hello@sarahgauci.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and exchange request.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
