Shipping policy

 

We ship Local orders via Local Courier and all International orders are sent either via Standard Post without Tracking or Registered Post with a tracking number, which we will give to you as soon as your order is shipped provided that you choose the tracked service. Please note that choosing the un-tracked service for International orders, is at your own risk and we will not be responsible for any lost packages if your item does not arrive. We always recommend going for the Tracked option.

Please allow between 3-7 days for processing time after your order is placed to ship due to the fact that all Jewelry is made to order in our Balzan studio and is also based on material availability. 

A shipping confirmation will be sent to your email as soon as your order is ready, packed and ready to leave our studio.

We are happy to accommodate any birthday message requests etc, please leave any comments at checkout.

If you need your jewelry urgently please contact me beforehand. I promise to do my best to get your order to you in time.

Delivery times all depend on the efficiency of your local postal service

• Local Standard Courier Delivery (Malta) - 2-3 days

• International Mail - 6-14 days to most foreign countries 

 

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense. I am not held responsible for these fees.
