Refund policy

Returns

SARAH GAUCI accepts returns within 14 days of the date of purchase. As mentioned  Earrings and Custom made Jewelry are non-returnable. Kindly ensure that all Jewelry items are returned sealed and unused in their original packaging, a credit note will be issued which you will then be able to use on another item. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

For Hygiene/Sanitary purposes, please note that SARAH GAUCI does not accept Returns, Refunds or Exchanges on Earrings. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.

Custom Orders

Custom-made Jewelry which has been made especially for you is also Non-Returnable or Refundable. 

No refunds or store credit will be issued for merchandise returned in a used or damaged condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, as proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@sarahgauci.com and send your item to: Sarah Gauci, Birbal Street, 82, Balzan BZN9016, Malta.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sarah Gauci, Birbal Street, 82, Balzan BZN9016, Malta

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
