We ship Local orders via Local Courier and all International orders are sent either via Standard Post without Tracking or Registered Post with a tracking number, which we will give to you as soon as your order is shipped provided that you choose the tracked service. 

Please note that choosing the un-tracked service for International orders, is at your own risk and we will not be responsible for any lost packages if your item does not arrive. We always recommend going for the Tracked option.

Please allow between 3-7 days for processing time after your order is placed to ship due to the fact that all Jewelry is made to order in our Balzan studio and is also based on material availability unless stated otherwise. 

A shipping confirmation will be sent to your email as soon as your order is ready, packed and ready to leave our studio.

We are happy to accommodate any birthday message requests etc, please leave any comments at checkout.

If you need your jewelry urgently please contact me beforehand. I promise to do my best to get your order to you in time.

Delivery times all depend on the efficiency of your local postal service

•  Courier Delivery (Malta & Gozo) - Next day delivery from date of shipment.
• International Mail - 6-14 days to most foreign countries 

 Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense. I am not held responsible for these fees.

SARAH GAUCI accepts returns within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Earrings and Custom made Jewelry are non-returnable. Kindly ensure that all Jewelry items are returned sealed and unused in their original packaging, a credit note will be issued which you will then be able to use on another item. 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with a the original recipet/proof of purchase.

For Hygiene/Sanitary purposes, please note that SARAH GAUCI does not accept Returns, Refunds or Exchanges on Earrings. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.

Custom Orders

Custom-made Jewelry which has been made especially for you is also Non-Returnable or Refundable. 

No refunds or store credit will be issued for Jewellery that is returned in a used or damaged condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, as proof of purchase.

All our orders are shipped via courier for ensured safety. We ship to both Malta & Gozo, and all over the world. If you don't see your country listed, please send us an email for a quote.

All Local orders will have available tracking information as soon as shipment starts.

Our planet is of utmost importance to us. We use and recycle metals where we can, along with vintage crystals and no piece of scrap metal is gone to waste. Instead we turn it into beautiful jewelry. The Brass we use is also Environmentally sustainable - an alloy typically made from recycled metals. We hate waste, so each piece of jewelry is made especially for you. Having said this, we are currently switching to more Eco friendly packaging.
